KFM STAFF INSTRUCTIONS
To control music & volumes in Verona, open the 'Xilica' app on the Ipad
Please only play music from the DJ IPAD, and keep it plugged in and charging INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.

If Djs are too loud you can turn volume down on the other ipads.
MANAGING DJS
DJs will ask Staff for the DJ IPAD and sometimes the needles (Blue box), They both live on the shelf behind bar (pictured below) and need to remain there & plugged in to red cable to charge when not in use. There should be 4 needles in the box.
DJs must return tablet, please don't let it sit unattended by the DJ gear if a DJ finishes and forgets to return it, go and grab it and put it behind bar.

PLAYING STAFF MUSIC ON ANDROID TABLET
1. Play some music on your preferred app, make sure volume is up on full. Music will come through 'Bluetooth' Channel on 'Xilica' app
2. If not coming through, Open bluetooth setting and make sure it is connected to 'LOGITEK BT'
3. Open 'XILICA' app and turn on 'Bluetooth' channel
Also turn off other channel (playlist)
If other music is playing on bluetooth channel, close all apps till music stops. Swipe up for menu/close apps
Make sure input channel is on full, use speaker volumes to set levels
Take a walk around verona with the tablet in hand and adjust the speaker volumes to suit in each zone
!!TROUBLESHOOTING!!
If bluetooth is not connecting, restart tablet
Close all apps
restart logitech bluetooth adapter (pictured below) and push button to reconnect.
If Xilica apps are not connecting after restarting tablets several times, reboot routers in kitchen & bathrooms.
Bluetooth won't work far away from bar - it will cut out.
