Bridge The Gap, formerly known as Haumako, is a specialised program that empowers aspiring creatives with the essential skills and knowledge required to excel in their creativity. This program focuses on artists professional, personal, and entrepreneurial development, equipping them for future career pathways and economic opportunities in the creative industry.

 

This program offers invaluable mentorship and assistance as young people navigate the entrepreneurial pathways within the creative industry.

WHAT DO THEY DO?

Rangatahi are guided through the ins and outs of the music industry covering:

  • Release planning

  • Overall production of a song from demo to release

  • Artist administration and set up

  • Industry administration

  • Pre-release preparation and planning

  • Social media strategy

  • Content preparation and execution

  • Merch design and production

  • Industry opportunity support

  • Performance opportunities (paid and unpaid)

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Bridge The Gap is only available to selected rangatahi currently participating on our programs. These rangatahi have displayed active, and keen, interest in their chosen field and are selected by Facilitators to participate in the program.
